This is an exciting opportunity to join Coolr as we embark on our next exciting stage of growth. We were the first Workplace by Facebook partner in EMEA, have delivered the most liked tweet by a brand of all time and already won Digital Agency of the Year and a Silver Cannes Lions. Not bad for our first year of business! And we’re just getting started… We want to work with the best in the business to help grow our agency and we are excited to be talking to you about the following role.
We are seeking an amazing Senior Digital Manager to join the team in a full-time capacity. The role will cover various client account management aspects including delivering existing client Workplace and internal comms programmes, upselling to existing clients and leading introductory sessions and demos with prospective clients.
Working alongside our CTO and sales team, you will act as a true client partner to successfully deliver Workplace to clients in a range of industries, sectors and geographic locations. As such, a knowledge of or willingness to master the Workplace platform is a must.
You will deliver on the deployment of and post-deployment engagement on Workplace, ensuring the client’s objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
You will help evaluate and establish robust internal comms programmes, with or without a focus on Workplace, so as to drive a people-first, collaborative culture within a client’s business.
You will manage the day to day client interactions and project management – ensuring a high quality of output and that everything happens on time and on budget.
You will hold introductory meetings and demos with prospective clients to share the power of Workplace, catering each session to their specific business needs, and engage stakeholders in the decision-making process – highlighting how Coolr is best positioned to support them in their journey.
You will deliver written proposals to prospects and follow-up on existing up-selling initiatives and sales opportunities, with the support of your colleagues.
Location: You will be based in Central London – but may be expected to travel as part of the role and occasionally work from client offices during projects.
Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Salary: Competitive. Based on experience.
We are one team. Regardless of what you work on at the agency, we help and support each other on everything. Our goal is to adeptly support our clients in their digital change management efforts, focused on internal comms and primarily with Workplace at the heart. The team culture is to go above and beyond and push out of our comfort zones to strive for excellence. We are a young and hungry business with the motivation to succeed - and we want people who want to achieve the best things in their career. We work hard. We play hard. And we celebrate the wins – no matter how big or small. It’s fun, sometimes crazy and we’re growing fast…
